Today was relatively easy riding. Mostly flat will rolling hills. But we had to cover 45 miles before we found anything to eat. We stopped at ate finally at 2:30 pm in Ashland, VA. Ashland was a nice small college town.

Total mileage for the day was 52 miles to a KOA campground just outside Ashland.
