Every campground is a little different. Our campground tonight has a roof over the tents which is nice in the event of rain. However, it is the first campground I have ever stayed in with such a structure to camp under.
The other interesting thing is that there is a wide variation in the cost of campgrounds. Tonight was only $20 for all three of us. A campground we called yesterday wanted $126 for the three of us - a motel was actually cheaper. We have also found that there is little relationship between the price and how nice a campground is.
Today we covered 55 miles today which included some navigational mistakes on my part. Maybe I need to go to "map reading" school!
Our total mileage to date from the Canadian border is 1837. That leaves between 900 to 1000 miles to go.
