Staying with friends. Just kidding. Spent a rest day today in Kensington, MD doing nothing. Well actually I did my laundry and took apart my front disk brake to check the amount of wear on the brake shoes. It turns out that the shoes were only worn about 50% but I replaced them anyway just to find out how to do it so I would know how to do it in the future.

Hal saw a dentist this morning. He will probably need a dental procedure but it is a two step process over two weeks so it is not feasible to do it on the trip. It can wait until he is home in October.

Larry rode into DC today.
