Me climbing one of many steep hills yesterday coming into Camden, Maine. It rained incredibly hard overnight. I got some water in my tent but luckily I stayed dry because I was on my lightweight cot which keeps me about 1/2 inch off the tent floor. We packed up in the rain and then rode in the rain. And, it rained very hard all day. We ended up only doing 38 miles and found a motel in North Edgecomb, Maine. We met up with Peter who was the biker we camped with yesterday. Peter is riding across the US for his eighth time. No food places by the motel but we found a Chinese restaurant that would deliver so we all a filling meal together.
