Larry and Andy stopping to check the Adventure Cycling maps someplace in southern NH. We spent one night in NH and today we cycled 57 miles across the MA border to Ayer, MA. The last few miles into Ayer were along a paved rail trail. The trail goes north all the way into NH just south of Nashua, NH but we only rode a few miles on it. We also found another nice bike trail which started in Derry, NH. We were able to ride a few miles on the trail after an interesting lunch at an old-fashioned 1950s style dinner.

Spoke to two women bikers in our campground tonight who are finishing a bike tour from Quebec to Boston. They will ride into Boston tomorrow for their last day.

Interestingly, some people we meet during the day don't believe us when we say we are cycling to Key West!!!

When we crossed the border from NH to MA this afternoon it was noticeable that cars were more aggressive and less patient than drivers in NH and ME.
