Well all the gear is packed into 5 bags: two large panniers, two small panniers, and one medium bag that sits on the top of my rear rack. I just weighed all the bags with everything packed in them -- 45 pounds!!!
Now the bags have to be mounted on the bike.
Wow...for the first time in a long time I can actually see Molly's blanket.
ReplyDeleteI wonder how much of the 45 pounds you will come back with at the end of the trip...and how much you will throw away during the trip to lighten the load.
