Above is Hal eating dinner at our campsite. Today was a short day. After Hal returned from the dentist and we packed up it was 3 pm by the time we left. Larry left earlier to find a bike shop to fix his rack. He also had to find a Verizon store because his cell phone got wet and stopped working. We met Larry in New Paltz - bike rack fixed but not cellphone.

Total ride today was 14 miles.

We met two other cyclists camping next to us. They are going from Bethel, Maine to Virginia. They only have limited time so they are riding about 70 miles a day pulling BOB trailers. It is their first extended trip.
